Now you go and curl up in your cosy doggy basket - give that doggy a bone Thank you Mr Race Director Regards Sheila Dear Adrian and all the Mad Dog Team Our owners have just got back from a `Mad Dog 10k’ which we think our Mum ran despite only having two human legs to use! Dad took us out for a walk very early today for a Sunday but now we know why. Mum came home with a fabulous assortment of goodies which we have sniffed and checked out. She really enjoyed the event and was going to email but as her loyal dogs we thought we would save her the time. Congratulations to all the team who organised today - clearly this is why your event wins the best 10k!!! Schira and Gibbs S***** (admin dogs for Lynda *****) I just wanted to say thank you! This has seriously been one of the best races I have ever been in. Even the wind has not made a difference to how good I feel about today. Please can I extend my thanks to everyone involved in organising, marshalling, and doing all the things that made today such a success! Thank you so very much, and see you at Mad Dog 7! Dawn Hi Adrian Many Thanks, you and your team have done it again! Thank you and you team for a brilliant run. The icing on the cake for me was the amazing goody bag (the best I've ever got) the hood you kept me warm for the journey home And that I ran a sub 60 run. I will definitely doing that again next year. Thank you again Woof woof x Sally Adrian what a great event once again ! Jon Adrian... From Facebook I can see that I am just one more voice telling you what a great event you have put on yet again, but from a regular, your race really does beat everything else out there and great that it's local and helps local causes. Can't wait for next year. All the efforts of yourself and the team are much appreciated. Paul Hi Adrian,,, Thank you for today well done… 99 per cent of people that I spoke to stated they would certainly come again… lots of positive comments…we will certainly be available to assist next year. It is a very well organised event, from initial sign up, right through to completion of the run. There is also the fantastic t-shirt, great medal and very generous goody bag, even got socks and a drinks bottle! Had a brilliant run, despite the wind and I hope to be able to participate in many more Mad Dog 10k's. Kind regards Mona Hello Adrian, Another great run. The organisation seems to get better each year. I think I’ve done all but one (cricked back) and have enjoyed them immensely which probably means I’ve not been trying hard enough. Please thank all the volunteer marshals, water distributors, fruit vendors, rubbish picker uppers, the amazing kettle band, the singers, backroom people (can’t say ‘dogs and bitches’) and anyone else. Simon Hi Adrian yet again another fabulous run. Thanks for all your hard work. See you next year. Regards patii Dear Adrian and Team Thank you so much great event ,great goody bag you spoil us very much appreciated . I ts by far and away the best organised event I take part in each year. Thank you for all you do Many Thanks Margaret Hi Adrian & Team I just want to say what a fantastic event you put on again today. Loved the bands, the marshals, the goody bag and the all round 'feel good factor' that Mad Dog has. I have running friends from all over Lancashire and Greater Manchester and Mad Dog seems to be the event where we all seem to see each other. Love it! As you know my hubby suffers a lot of ill health and likes to spectate at every race I do and Mad Dog is his favourite. He is currently recuperating from a very tough stint in hospital and so today after he saw me off he got a coffee, went back to the car and sat in the sun whilst tracking me on the app, he was then able to head to the finish line just in time to see me cross the line. He loved the event too. Thanks for everything you all do to put on a cracking event for runners & spectators alike and the best thing of all .... it's for charity! Much appreciated Helen Dear Adrian, I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you to you and everyone involved in organising the Mad Dog 10k. This was my first 10k for a few years as a participant however I have been involved in a number of runs as an organiser or charity partner. I thought the Mad Dog 10k was a fantastic event, all the information was clear and easy to follow, the volunteer marshals were lovely and friendly and along with the great music points really helped to keep me motivated on the way round, especially with the wind at the beginning! It was also a lovely route with enough variety to keep to interested and great to be by the sea. The goodie bag was great and I love my Mad Dog t-shirt and will definitely be using it when I next get out on the road (the legs are a bit sore today!). I know a great deal of effort goes into having such a smooth event so please do pass on my thanks to all involved. We will be back next year! Thanks, Fiona Once again Adrain Thank you for organising the best 10k ever, windy, but fresh and wonderful. Atmosphere amazing, entertainment quality, set up and goody bag top notch. See you again NEXT year Emma, leanne and Anna Hi Adrian, What a great event, I have done numerous 10K's but this was my first year doing Mad Dog and it was a terrific atmosphere, by far the best. So well organised and the support was great. Serena
